Summer’s not even officially started and it’s hot here!  My summer plan to survive the heat is to spend our summers around a sprinkler or in the pool.

Or we could just revisit this week’s lesson over and over.  There are lots of icy, fun activities this week. Perfect for a summer day!

I just used this blank template and had my daughter add some cut up pipe cleaners in an attempt to recreate I.  Next time I’d use blue construction paper for the background and make sure I wrote the words on the right end.  Haha!

Reptiles aren’t my thing, but my sister had a pet iguana when we were younger.  I was not a fan.

This week’s activities are the best!  If you’re hitting letter I in the summer, even better!

I’ve tried many times in the classroom to get this to work but we ended up with runny ice cream.  Setting a timer for a few minutes and passing off worked very well with this one!
