Another piece of advice is to keep good records.
My advice is to homeschool year round. That way you don’t get the summer brain drain.
My advice is to not compare yourself to others…your child is unique.
If you have a preschooler or kindergartener, they should be learning through play.
If you have a baby or toddler, use their naptime to do some homeschooling with your older child/children.
Take trips! Every trip is an educational opportunity.
Another tip is to network with other homeschooling moms either in person or online.
Be sure to set aside a time and place for academic work that is quiet and relaxing,
Remember to have fun!
